Job summary

Military, Veterans and Diverse Job Seekers seeks a Business Development Program Analyst to support SRG requests, coordinate with Account Managers and Recruiters, and deliver client-ready documents. The role requires cross-functional collaboration and data-driven insights to strengthen client relationships.

You will track metrics, assist with process improvements, and interface with ELT, marketing, product management, and operations to achieve growth objectives.

Qualifications

• 1–3+ years of experience in research and market analysis.
• Experience in business development support.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint).
• Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems; Invenias preferred.

Responsibilities

• Generate strategy and execution plan to ensure success of SRG requests.
• Coordinate with Account Managers, Functional Leaders, Recruiters, and Researchers to execute SRG projects.
• Engage with external clients on SRG requests, providing an exceptional client experience.
• Improve SRG processes through feedback from clients and candidates.
• Track and report metrics.
• Create internal & client facing account documents/deliverables.
• Collaborate with managers to manage cross-functional activities for BD needs.
• Analyze competitive trends, markets, and strategies to strengthen client relationships.
• Interface with ELT, marketing, BD, product management, & sales operations teams.
