Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Marketing, or a related discipline.
• 5+ years of product management, category management, or related leadership with ownership of strategy and lifecycle.
• Experience developing business cases, evaluating market opportunities, and translating insights into growth strategies.
• Strong cross-functional leadership, project management, communication, and presentation skills.
• Strong business and financial acumen, including evaluating portfolio performance and investment tradeoffs.
• Travel ability to 20%.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and execute the long-term growth strategy for the concrete anchoring portfolio through a multi-year product roadmap balancing innovation and business priorities.
• Identify and prioritize growth opportunities through customer engagement, market research, competitive analysis, and end-user understanding.
• Lead Customer Back Innovation by building business cases, defining value propositions, and driving new product commercialization through cross-functional stage-gate processes.
• Manage products throughout their lifecycle, including pricing, positioning, portfolio optimization, product enhancements, and rationalization decisions.
• Partner across Engineering, Sales, Marketing, Operations, and Finance to align priorities and drive portfolio initiatives.
• Present strategic recommendations, portfolio performance insights, and growth opportunities to division leadership.
