ITW Mechanical Fastening in Glenview, IL, seeks an experienced New Product Development Engineering Manager to drive the development and commercialization of innovative fastening and anchoring solutions. You will translate customer insights and market needs into differentiated products while guiding a high-performing engineering team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's in Mechanical Engineering.
• 10+ years of progressive engineering experience in new product development and high-volume manufacturing.
• Experience building, developing, and leading engineering teams.
• Strong foundation in mechanical design, metallurgy, strength of materials, and manufacturing processes.
• Experience leading NPD from concept through commercialization, including project management, cross-functional leadership, and roadmap development.
• Experience with mechanical fasteners, construction products, or relevant certifications (ICC-ES, UL, FM) preferred.
