Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in top-tier consulting, ideally with exposure to financial services, fintech, or consumer lending/credit.
• Exceptional verbal and visual communication skills, with the ability to translate complex ideas into clear, structured narratives.
• Proven experience creating executive-ready presentation materials.
• Strong analytical and financial modeling skills (advanced Excel proficiency required).
• Highly detail-oriented, with consistently accurate and high-quality output; strong cross-functional collaborator across teams and levels.

Responsibilities

• Own Executive-Level Communications: Build clear, structured, and compelling presentation materials for internal leadership and external partners.
• Drive Strategy Execution & Operations: Translate Growth strategy into actionable operating plans and measurable objectives.
• Strengthen Growth Operations: Maintain prospect coverage maps and coordinate cross-functional cooperation across Growth, Onboarding, Product, Partnerships, Research and other stakeholders.
• Optimize Processes: Identify bottlenecks and propose scalable solutions; improve workflows, reporting structures, and operating cadence.
• Support cross-functional execution with urgency and accountability across asset classes (Personal Loans, Auto, Point of Sale).
