Lifeskills Behavioral Health is expanding our private-pay referral network and seeks a driven business development professional to build relationships and close deals in Texas. Behavioral health experience is a plus; the drive to win is required.

The role focuses on connecting providers, clients, and families to clinical resources, educating communities about residential services, and prioritizing markets with the greatest need to drive admissions and growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited college.
• 3-5 years of experience in strategy or business development in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to work effectively with executives and department heads.

Responsibilities

• Build a strategic regional growth plan by evaluating facility and market data.
• Close new business and strategic partnerships to meet growth targets.
• Prepare and present monthly/weekly reports identifying trends and opportunities.
• Develop goals and timelines for closing new and enhanced key accounts.
• Collaborate with leadership to leverage strategic initiatives and maximize resources.
