Qualifications

  • 5 years required; 6+ years preferred in related role.
  • Experience in financial analysis, sales, and negotiation.
  • Knowledge of industry suppliers, customers, and competitors.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to initiate and develop relationships with key decision makers.

Responsibilities

  • Identify, evaluate, and develop new business opportunities to expand profitability.
  • Retain and expand existing relationships; solicit new business from customers and suppliers.
  • Oversee development and research activities to identify new markets and opportunities.
  • Establish relationships with customers and suppliers; arrange meetings with Wesco representatives.
  • Travel 50% - 75% to meet and engage key accounts.
  • Lead acquisitions, partnerships, and collaborations as appropriate.
  • Document cost savings and implement account development activities.
  • Train internal and customer teams on account and processes.
