ServiceMaster seeks a driven Business Development Manager to expand our client network, including insurance professionals, property managers, and healthcare facilities. You will cultivate long-term relationships, pursue new opportunities, and serve as a trusted advisor to clients.

In this role, you’ll collaborate with Operations, Estimating, and Project Management to ensure seamless transitions from sales to execution, while achieving revenue growth and high customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Must build and maintain networks with insurance agents, adjusters, carriers, property managers, and commercial clients.
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities across multiple channels.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills to manage multiple opportunities.
• Self-motivated, able to work independently and drive revenue growth.
• Valid driver's license required to visit client sites and referrals.

Responsibilities

• Develop new business by identifying opportunities and building strategic relationships.
• Manage strategic accounts as primary relationship manager with regular communication and visits.
• Coordinate with Operations to ensure smooth handoffs from sales to execution.
• Maintain a healthy sales pipeline with CRM records and activity tracking.
• Represent ServiceMaster professionally at events and in the community.
