The role involves building long-term relationships, generating opportunities, and serving as a trusted advisor to clients.

The BDM collaborates with Operations, Estimating, and Project Management to ensure opportunities transition from sales to execution while upholding outstanding customer

Responsibilities

• Develop new business by identifying and pursuing opportunities in assigned markets.
• Build strategic relationships with insurance professionals, property managers, healthcare facilities, hospitality groups, and other referral partners.
• Expand existing client relationships and develop new referral sources.
• Conduct meetings, networking events, site visits, and presentations to promote ServiceMaster offerings.
• Coordinate with Operations, Estimating, and Project Management to ensure smooth handoffs from sales to execution.
