Job summary

Stellar Development Foundation is seeking a Senior Manager, Ecosystem Growth in New York to lead a team focused on finding, funding, and growing founders building on Stellar. You will own builder support programs, including the Stellar Community Fund, and drive strategies that translate traction into scalable impact.

You'll partner across departments to align funding with market needs, define success metrics, and scale operations using AI and dashboards.

Qualifications

8+ years in ecosystem growth or related programs.
3+ years people management experience.
Experience running a funding or accelerator program at scale.
Blockchain/crypto knowledge with credibility with technical founders.
Ability to define metrics and build dashboards.
Comfort with ambiguity and strategic prioritization.

Responsibilities

Manage and develop a team of senior program managers and community managers.
Set the team's strategy, goals, and metrics; plan and report work.
Own the full builder funnel from discovery to funding, launch, and growth.
Oversee programs that help funded teams reach users, incl. accelerator-style GTM support and liquidity awards.
Partner with BD, Developer Relations, Marketing, Legal, and Finance to align funding with markets.
Define and report portfolio success metrics: launch rates, retention, follow-on funding, on-chain activity.
Use AI tools and automation to scale review, tracking, and reporting.
Keep the builder community informed and represent SDF at events.
