OPEN Healthcare US (OHUS) seeks a Strategy & Business Development Associate to join the Strategy team in Gardena. This role blends corporate strategy with tactical marketing, offering exposure to C-suite leadership and opportunities to shape multi-year forecasts and market entries.

The position requires strong analytical skills, proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint, and the ability to operate across US and Korea teams. On-site work at our Gardena laboratory is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience.
• 0–2 years experience with strong analytical ability.
• Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills.
• Experience with financial modeling and strategic storytelling.
• On-site work in Gardena, CA.

Responsibilities

• Identify and evaluate new business opportunities across B2B and B2C channels.
• Draft business plans, executive presentations, and strategic memos.
• Support financial analysis, scenario modeling and profitability assessments.
• Contribute to Go-To-Market strategies and launch planning for new offerings.
• Monitor US diagnostics market trends and regulatory developments.
• Bridge US operations with HQ, aligning local and global strategies.
• Communicate deliverables across time zones with a collaborative approach.
