ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Brand & Product Management
- Support product development and launch by preparing product briefs and requirement summaries, and coordinating design, packaging, and positioning inputs.
- Gather clinical and medical insights (test indications, panel content, turnaround) with the lab and medical advisors to inform positioning and messaging.
- Turn customer feedback, reviews, support tickets, and sales data into product insights and roadmap inputs.
- Conduct competitive analysis (test menus, pricing, turnaround time, channels, positioning) and maintain a living competitor tracker.
- Support market research and opportunity sizing for new panels, channels, and partnerships.
- Support pricing work: competitor benchmarking, cost-of-goods and unit-economics models, margin and promotion-headroom analysis, and bundle or subscription modeling.
- Prepare FAQs, internal training materials, and enablement content for sales and customer service.
Launch Coordination & Operational Excellence
- Build and maintain launch plans, timelines, and checklists across marketing, creative, lab operations, customer service, QMS, and fulfillment, and track open items to closure.
- Track the order-to-result journey (order, shipment, specimen return, lab processing, result delivery), monitor cycle times, and flag bottlenecks. This is also how you build a working understanding of the laboratory business.
- Track kit supply chain status: inventory, components, packaging, and labeling.
- Support marketplace and fulfillment operations: inbound shipments, inventory and replenishment, listing issues, account health, and fees and reimbursements.
- Serve as day-to-day contact for fulfillment partners (receiving, kit assembly, order fulfillment, returns), reconcile inventory across records, and elevate service issues.
- Maintain product pages, pricing, FAQs, and listings on consumer websites and marketplaces, and verify updates go live correctly.
- Track channel and campaign performance across the website, marketplaces, and paid media.
IT & Systems Administration
- Support cross-functional IT projects by documenting requirements, testing releases, and logging issues.
- Assist with administering product, order, and customer data systems, including the physician-ordering and consultation workflows (testing, data QA, issue tracking).
Regulatory & Compliance Support
- Prepare and submit product, labeling, and marketing materials for QMS and regulatory review, track review status, and keep records of approvals.
- Implement approved changes only; no content is published before approval.
- Follow HIPAA and company privacy policies, and elevate questions or concerns.
Reporting
- Prepare presentations, reports, and dashboards for management reviews and strategic planning.
- Support additional projects as business needs require.
