Job summary

FLIPANY is seeking a Vice President of Strategy, Growth & Operations to join the Executive Leadership Team. The role focuses on advancing strategic priorities, sustainable growth, operational effectiveness, and community impact.

The candidate will lead across strategy, operations, program performance, and leadership development, reporting to the CEO and guiding organizational change and growth across Florida.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent; advanced degree preferred.
• 10+ years of progressively responsible leadership in strategy, growth, and operations.
• Experience leading complex programs, departments, or organizational functions.
• Proven track record building leaders and organizational capacity.
• Experience managing budgets, grants, contracts, and performance metrics.

Responsibilities

• Partner with CEO and executive team to develop and execute strategy and priorities.
• Translate priorities into clear goals, timelines, accountability, and measurable outcomes.
• Provide strategic leadership for growth opportunities and program expansion.
• Evaluate opportunities including partnerships, contracts, and grants.
• Provide executive oversight of programs with focus on quality and continuous improvement.
• Strengthen systems, processes, workflows, and cross-functional coordination for growth.
• Lead, coach, and develop organizational leaders and staff capacity.
• Plan and implement major organizational changes, launches, and restructures.
• Establish and monitor KPIs; use data to guide decisions.
