Job summary

University of Central Florida seeks a strategic operator and innovation leader to guide Cenfluence growth. You will oversee grant compliance, budgeting, reporting, and stakeholder engagement while enabling tech companies and entrepreneurs to access essential resources.

The role requires 8+ years of experience including 3+ years in leadership; travel across Florida is expected and the position is regular (full-time) with a strong focus on operational excellence and cross-functional collaboration.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree and 8+ years of relevant experience, including 3+ years of leadership experience.

Responsibilities

• Support development and implementation of services to develop industries and entrepreneurs.
• Grant management and compliance across funding opportunities including budgeting and reporting.
• Supervise cluster managers and administrative staff; coordinate training and development.
• Engage with entrepreneurs and maintain relationships with member companies; report program updates.
• Manage the Cenfluence database and KPI reporting; ensure data security and integrity.
• Oversee administrative systems and tools; identify process improvements.
• Represent the Corridor at events to build industry clusters and support ecosystem.
