Twilio Inc. is hiring a Strategy & Operations Manager to unlock growth for customers and the business. You will join the Strategic Growth team within the Industry Relations & Strategic Growth organization and tackle executive-level problems with autonomy.

You will define problems, analyze data, and present recommendations to senior leaders, driving decisions in a fast-moving CPaaS space with a remote-first culture and occasional in-person gatherings.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in strategy, operations, management consulting, product or growth roles.
• Ability to synthesize complex data into concise memos and executive presentations.
• Proven ability to align across Product, Sales, Operations, and Finance.

Responsibilities

• Partner with executives to define and execute high-impact strategies across messaging, voice, and AI ecosystems.
• Drive cross-functional alignment across Carrier Relations, Product, Operations, Finance, Legal, and GTM teams.
• Own VP-level strategic goals and deliver mission-critical projects on schedule.
• Synthesize data into concise executive presentations and board-level reporting.
• Build quantitative models to solve unstructured business challenges under tight timelines.
• Advise on global connectivity initiatives and drive results across reach, quality, and profitability.
