Twilio is seeking a Strategy & Operations Manager to unlock growth for customers and the business. Join the Strategic Growth team and tackle executive-level strategic problems in a fast-moving CPaaS space.

You'll partner with leaders across Product, Operations, Finance, and Legal, own high-impact projects, and present recommendations to accelerate decisions. This remote-first role may require in-person gatherings for team events.

Qualifications

• 4-6 years of experience in strategy, operations, management consulting, product, or growth roles.
• Exceptional ability to synthesize complex technical, operational, and financial data into concise memos and executive presentations.
• Proven ability to drive alignment across Product, Sales, Operations, and Finance.
• Strong proficiency in data analysis and visualization (SQL, Looker, Tableau, Airtable).
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Strategic Decision-Making: Partner with executive leadership to define, model, and execute high-impact business strategies across messaging, voice, and AI communications ecosystems.
• Cross-Functional Leadership: Drive end-to-end alignment across Carrier Relations, Product, Operations, Finance, Legal, and GTM teams to achieve core company goals.
• End-to-End Ownership: Take full accountability for VP-level strategic goals, delivering mission-critical projects on schedule while optimizing customer experience.
• Executive Communication: Synthesize complex technical and strategic data into concise executive presentations, strategic memos, and board-level reporting.
• Data-Driven Modeling: Perform data analysis and build quantitative models to solve complex, unstructured business challenges under tight timelines.
• Domain Expert: Lead as the Subject Matter Expert for global connectivity initiatives, advising executive leadership and driving results across reach, quality, and profitability.
