Job summary

Premier Restoration Hawaii is seeking a strategic Marketing Manager to lead and grow our marketing functions across multiple operating companies. You will balance strategy with hands-on execution as a working manager, partnering with the executive team to drive brand awareness, lead generation, and measurable business growth.

You will oversee digital initiatives, campaigns, budgets, and vendor relationships, and report on performance using analytics to improve results.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications or related field.
• Five or more years of progressive marketing experience.
• Experience developing and executing integrated marketing strategies.
• Strong knowledge of digital marketing: SEO, SEM, PPC, social media, email, CRM, GA, and CMS.
• Experience managing marketing agencies, vendors, and external partners.
• Excellent project management, organizational, and communication skills.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable recommendations.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience supporting multiple brands or business units is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute integrated marketing strategies aligned with goals and revenue objectives.
• Lead digital marketing initiatives including website management, SEO, SEM, PPC, email, social media, and ads.
• Plan, launch, and optimize campaigns that generate qualified leads and ROI.
• Partner with executives, sales, and operations to align marketing with priorities.
• Manage relationships with external agencies, vendors, photographers, and other partners.
• Oversee company websites, digital content, marketing collateral, and brand standards.
• Monitor marketing performance with analytics and KPIs, and recommend improvements.
• Develop and manage marketing budgets to maximize ROI.
• Coordinate community events, sponsorships, networking, trade shows, and PR efforts.
• Build scalable marketing processes and best practices to support growth.
