Premier Restoration Hawaii seeks an experienced Senior HR Generalist to own day-to-day HR for a 150+ employee restoration company in Hawaii. You will partner with operations and executives to execute HR programs, resolve issues in real time, and coach managers through difficult conversations.

You will drive full-cycle recruiting, onboarding, employee relations, and payroll-adjacent processes, while ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local laws.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressive HR experience including generalist ownership
• Experience leading investigations and employee relations end to end
• Experience administering FMLA/ADA/TDI and workers' compensation

Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruiting for field and office roles
• Coordinate onboarding and orientation from offer through first day
• Lead workplace investigations start to finish and coach managers
• Administer FMLA, TDI, ADA accommodations, workers' compensation
• Maintain HRIS records and support benefits, audits, and wage documentation
• Maintain compliance with federal, state, and local employment law
