Job summary

Weather Tite Windows is seeking a Director of Marketing in Tampa, FL. The role reports to the Market President and oversees local marketing performance, driving demand and revenue growth while strengthening brand equity.

You will partner with Mosaic Marketing and cross-functional teams to translate business priorities into integrated strategies. The candidate will lead local marketing talent, manage budgets, and guide agencies, ensuring outcomes align with objectives in a lean, fast-moving

Qualifications

• Proven ability to translate business objectives into actionable marketing plans.
• Strong analytics and experience managing meaningful budgets.
• Experience leading local or multi-market marketing strategies.

Responsibilities

• Own the marketing strategy, annual and quarterly planning, budget, and performance.
• Develop and execute integrated demand-generation strategies across digital and local channels.
• Evaluate full-funnel performance and drive improvements in revenue and ROIs.
• Partner with Sales, Operations, and Contact Center to align marketing with business goals.
• Lead, coach, and develop marketing talent and manage agency relationships.
