Qualifications

• 15+ years of professional experience in architecture.
• Bachelor's degree in Architecture.
• Registered Architect (RA).

Responsibilities

• Lead project delivery and operational performance across assignments.
• Oversee teams delivering projects, ensuring design quality and technical excellence.
• Build and strengthen relationships with school districts, universities, independent schools, and other key clients.
• Support business development through client engagement, proposals, project pursuits, and presentations.
• Manage project financials, resource planning, budgets, and portfolio performance.
• Mentor and develop teams, promoting collaboration and accountability.
• Identify growth opportunities and strengthen the firm's presence in Tampa and Florida.
