Job summary

Ulta Beauty, Inc. is seeking a Manager, Corporate Strategy to lead strategic initiatives and long-term planning from our Bolingbrook, IL offices. This role partners with Finance, Investor Relations, and cross-functional teams to shape enterprise strategy and growth opportunities.

You will develop business cases, structure complex problems, and deliver data-driven recommendations to senior leadership, including the C-suite. Hybrid work arrangement applies here.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of professional experience in Strategy, Finance or Marketing.
• 2+ years of consulting experience at a top-tier firm preferred.
• BA/BS required and MBA from a top-tier program preferred.
• Retail or consumer goods experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support long-term and annual strategic planning with the Corporate Strategy team.
• Collaborate with Finance and Investor Relations to build the investor narrative.
• Structure problems and develop frameworks for cross-functional issues.
• Lead market and competitive intelligence to inform enterprise strategy.
• Prepare executive and Board-level materials and facilitate senior leadership discussions.
• Identify strategic priorities and drive high-potential growth opportunities.
