You will work with global teams on financial analysis, due diligence, and portfolio management, preparing senior‑level materials and coordinating with external partners and advisors.

Formación

• Five (5) or more years in mergers and acquisitions and/or private equity investment or equivalent experience.
• Strong financial modeling and valuation capabilities (DCF, comps, precedent transactions).
• Familiarity with logistics or supply chain sectors a plus.
• Experience in deal structuring and negotiation; review of investment/merger agreements.
