Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, business, or related field.
• MBA or equivalent graduate degree strongly preferred.
• Five+ years in mergers and acquisitions and/or private equity with end-to-end transaction experience.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and execute strategic opportunities, including mergers and acquisitions and joint ventures.
• Collaborate with global teams to assess transactions and monitor industry trends.
• Support deal execution: financial analysis, due diligence, and portfolio management, with senior leadership briefings.
• Manage relationships with external partners, investment banks, and advisors.
