Job summary

FedEx Logistics is seeking an experienced Manager of Corporate Development to evaluate and execute strategic opportunities such as mergers and acquisitions, equity investments, and joint ventures. You will partner with global teams to analyze transactions, monitor industry trends, and support all deal stages from due diligence to portfolio management.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in mergers and acquisitions, and/or private equity investment or equivalent experience with end‑to‑end deal experience.
• Strong financial modeling and valuation capabilities, including DCF, comps, precedent transactions and accretion/dilution analyses.
• Familiarity with transportation, logistics, or supply chain tech sectors is preferred.
• Deal structuring and negotiation experience; review of investment/merger agreements is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and execute strategic opportunities — including mergers & acquisitions, equity investments, and joint ventures.
• Collaborate with global teams to assess transactions, monitor trends and identify opportunities and risks.
• Support all deal stages: financial analysis, due diligence, and portfolio management; prepare materials for senior leadership.
• Manage relationships with external stakeholders, including partners, banks, and advisors.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
