Google is seeking a Corporate Development Associate to identify and evaluate acquisition and strategic investment opportunities across markets, collaborating with product, legal, finance, and people operations. You will help drive decision-making with strong quantitative and strategic thinking.

You will lead due diligence, develop valuation materials, and support transaction execution, using domain experience to shape viewpoints for executive sponsors. Strong business judgment is essential.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• At least 5 years in corporate development, investment banking, management consulting, or VC/PE within tech.
• 2+ years of industry research/market-trend analysis.
• 2+ years of due diligence documentation and legal frameworks.
• Experience in internet, communications, e-commerce, or cloud sectors.

Responsabilidades

• Identify, evaluate, and negotiate acquisition and strategic investment opportunities.
• Provide management with insights to drive sound decisions.
• Organize due diligence workstreams and create approval materials.
• Own financial models/valuation and support agreement negotiations and execution.
• Interface with Google product and engineering teams.
