Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 5 years of experience in corporate development, investment banking, management consulting, or VC/PE within the tech industry.
  • 2 years of experience conducting industry research or analyzing market trends.
  • 2 years of experience with due diligence documentation and legal frameworks.
  • Experience working in internet, communications, e-commerce, or cloud industries.

Responsibilities

  • Identify, evaluate, and negotiate acquisition and strategic investment opportunities.
  • Organize due diligence workstreams and create approval materials.
  • Own financial model/valuation and support deal execution with executive input.
  • Provide insights on industry landscape and regional nuances for decision-making.
  • Interface with product, legal, finance, and engineering teams to drive outcomes.

Consisting of experienced merger-and-acquisition leaders, investment professionals, scouting and strategy specialists, and integration experts, we're dedicated to identifying the business opportunities of tomorrow. We drive team decisions, lead negotiations, and help run post-acquisition integration and performance evaluation.
