Job summary

CTS Corporation is seeking a Director of Corporate Development, Integration & Leadership to drive inorganic growth from origination through integration. This senior executive role partners with executive leadership to manage acquisition lifecycle, governance, and value creation across the enterprise.

The position may assume leadership of acquired businesses post-close, requiring strategic execution, financial accountability, and strong leadership presence in a global manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, economics, engineering, business or related field.
• MBA or other relevant advanced degree strongly preferred.
• 8+ years of progressively responsible experience in investment banking, private equity, corporate development, transaction advisory, strategy consulting, or a comparable role.
• Proven leadership and cross-functional collaboration with executive stakeholders.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multi-phase transaction lifecycle: sourcing, valuation, due diligence, structuring, negotiation, closing.
• Experience leading post-merger integration, governance, and value creation.
• Strong financial modeling and valuation capability; ability to communicate complex analyses.
• Willingness to travel as required.

Responsibilities

• Shape inorganic growth priorities and acquisition strategy.
• Lead end-to-end transaction execution including valuation, negotiating, closing.
• Oversee due diligence across multiple workstreams and synthesize findings.
• Develop integration plans and lead post-close integration and value creation.
• Establish integration governance, milestones, and reporting.
• Lead cross-functional teams and communicate with the Board.
