Job summary

CTS Corporation seeks a Director of Corporate Development, Integration & Leadership to drive inorganic growth from acquisition strategy through integration and value creation. The role partners with executive leadership and target-company management to manage the full lifecycle: origination, diligence, financing, closing, and Day 1 execution.

The candidate will lead post-close performance and may assume interim leadership of acquired businesses, requiring strong business acumen and credible

Qualifications

• 8+ years in investment banking, private equity, corporate development, or similar.
• Experience owning executed M&A transactions.
• Experience leading post-merger integration and value creation.
• Advanced financial modeling and valuation skills.
• Ability to lead across lifecycle: sourcing to closing.
• Willingness to travel.

Responsibilities

• Shape inorganic growth priorities and market-entry strategies.
• Manage a pipeline of acquisition, divestiture, JV, and partnerships.
• Lead end-to-end transaction execution and negotiations.
• Oversee integration planning, governance, and KPI tracking.
• Lead post-close performance reviews and value-creation actions.
• Collaborate with executives and target management teams.
