Qualifications

• 2+ years of investment banking, corporate development or M&A experience.
• Strong financial modeling, valuation and analytical skill set.
• Experience supporting closed M&A transactions.

Responsibilities

• Support the evaluation and execution of acquisitions, strategic investments and other corporate development initiatives.
• Assist in due diligence and coordination with internal stakeholders and external advisors.
• Develop financial models, valuation analyses and transaction materials for senior leadership.
• Conduct industry, market and competitive intelligence to identify targets and opportunities.
• Prepare presentations, investment memorandums and recommendations for executives.
• Assist with post-acquisition integration and strategic planning across the organization.
