Qualifications

• 3-5 years of investment banking experience required.
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or related discipline.
• Strong proficiency in financial modeling, financial statement analysis, and valuation methodologies.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple workstreams, perform under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Demonstrated experience supporting financial and operational due diligence.
• Team-oriented mindset with ability to excel in a fast-paced environment.
• Must be based in Charlotte, NC or willing to relocate.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive research and analyses on companies, industries, capital markets, and financial performance.
• Build and refine financial models, valuation analyses, capital structure assessments, marketing materials, and client presentations.
• Support all aspects of transaction execution, including due diligence and process management.
• Assist in developing pitch books for prospective clients, industry coverage efforts, and advisory initiatives.
• Maintain and enhance databases for investors, financing sources, and clients to optimize deal marketing and execution.
• Identify, evaluate, and engage appropriate investors for ongoing and upcoming transactions.
• Mentor and support junior analysts and interns to ensure high-quality work output.
