Job summary

Ledcor Technical Services is seeking a Senior Project Manager to oversee complex telecom infrastructure projects across the United States. You will lead cross-functional teams to ensure on‑time delivery, adherence to scope and budget, and compliance with safety and quality standards.

Responsibilities include planning large fiber and wireless deployments, managing risk and permitting, negotiating contracts, and pursuing new opportunities.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of telecom or utility construction project management experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Telecommunications, Engineering, or a related field (diploma or technical training accepted).
• Strong understanding of telecom construction methods, permitting processes, and industry standards such as NESC, NEC, and local codes.
• Demonstrated ability to lead teams, manage subcontractors, and communicate effectively with clients and stakeholders.
• Experience with contract negotiation, cost control, and scheduling tools (e.g., MS Project, Primavera, or similar) is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Champion and uphold Ledcor’s safety-first culture across telecom construction sites.
• Lead planning and execution of large-scale telecom projects (fiber, small cell, wireless towers).
• Manage risk, permitting, and client communications throughout the project lifecycle.
• Identify and pursue new telecom project opportunities.
• Oversee scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation using industry tools.
• Implement the Project Quality Plan (PQP) and ensure compliance with standards.
• Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure timely delivery of materials and services.
• Negotiate contract execution and change-order management.
• Support cost tracking, reporting, and documentation systems.
