Job summary

Ledcor Technical Services is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead and deliver complex telecom infrastructure programs, including fiber deployments and wireless builds. You will drive projects on schedule, within scope and budget, while upholding safety and quality standards.

In this senior role, you will mentor cross‑functional teams, manage risk, procurement, and client communications, and identify new opportunities to expand Ledcor's telecom footprint across North America.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of telecom or utility construction project management experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Telecommunications, Engineering or related field.
• Strong understanding of telecom construction methods, permitting processes, and industry standards (e.g., NESC, NEC, local codes).
• Demonstrated ability to lead teams, manage subcontractors, and communicate effectively with clients and stakeholders.
• Experience with contract negotiation, cost control, and scheduling tools (e.g., MS Project, Primavera, or similar) is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Champion and uphold Ledcor’s safety-first culture, ensuring all safety and environmental standards are met or exceeded on telecom construction sites.
• Lead the planning and execution of large-scale telecommunications projects, including fiber deployments, small cell installations, and wireless tower builds.
• Manage risk management, permitting, and client communications throughout the project lifecycle.
• Lead the identification and pursuit of new telecom project opportunities.
• Oversee the project scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation using industry-standard tools and methodologies.
• Lead the implementation of the Project Quality Plan (PQP) and ensure compliance with telecom construction standards and specifications.
• Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure timely delivery of materials and services.
• Negotiate contract execution and change order management.
