Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree and a minimum of 12 years of prior relevant experience; Graduate Degree and a minimum of 10 years of prior related experience. In lieu of a degree, minimum of 16 years of prior related experience.
• Active Secret Clearance required.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic partnerships for Airborne Solutions Sector from identification to execution.
• Drive M&A activities through research, analysis, and leadership-ready recommendations.
• Identify growth opportunities aligned with sector priorities and long-term goals.
• Develop and implement repeatable processes, frameworks, and governance for partnerships and M&A.
• Collaborate with finance, legal, contracts, subcontracts and business teams to evaluate and execute opportunities.
• Communicate strategy and influence decisions across C-suite, leaders, and P&L teams.
