Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree and minimum 12 years of prior relevant experience; Graduate Degree and minimum 10 years; in lieu of a degree, minimum 16 years of related experience.
• Experience in Earned Value Management, Risk Management, and Change Management.
• Experience leading cross-functional, multi-disciplinary, multi-geographical teams within a matrix organization.

Responsibilities

• Drive Repeatable Program Excellence (RPX) improvement across the Division.
• Lead business initiatives as directed by the Division Vice President.
• Partner with functional leaders and program teams to improve execution and business outcomes.
• Serve as the Division point of contact for program management issues and track key program metrics.
• Coordinate Independent Review Team (IRT) activities and ensure actions are closed.
• Support standardized tools and processes for programmatic and financial forecasting.
• Partner with Business Development to support execution strategy and growth.
