- Market Development & Revenue Growth: Develop Cincinnati-region growth strategy for middle‑market and upper middle‑market manufacturing, distribution, logistics, and industrial businesses.
- Industry Leadership: Provide strategic insights on manufacturing and distribution trends, including supply chain optimization, margin pressures, ERP modernization, and cybersecurity risks.
- Strategic Advisory Alignment: Translate operational and financial pain points into solution opportunities and collaborate with internal industry teams.
- Internal Leadership: Mentor teams on industry trends, executive communication, and market positioning.
