Qualifications

• 15+ years of leadership experience in manufacturing, distribution, industrial services, logistics, or related sectors.
• Experience in manufacturing as CFO/COO/div division president/commercial executive/private equity operating partner/senior strategic advisor.
• Strong Cincinnati market relationships and regional business network.
• Proven track record to drive business growth, partnerships, or revenue expansion.
• Deep understanding of operational, financial, and strategic challenges facing the sector.

Responsibilities

• Develop a Cincinnati-region growth strategy focused on middle-market and upper middle-market manufacturing, distribution, logistics, and industrial businesses.
• Build relationships with CEOs, CFOs, COOs, private equity groups, lenders, attorneys, and industry associations.
• Identify and originate new business opportunities across multiple service lines.
• Represent the firm at industry events and strengthen brand recognition within key ecosystems.
• Translate client pain points into solution opportunities and collaborate with internal industry teams.
• Mentor internal teams on industry trends, executive communication, and market positioning.
