Job summary

Koninklijke Vopak N.V. is seeking a Sr. Strategy Development Manager to shape and execute the long-term growth trajectory for the USA & Canada Business Unit.

You will bridge strategic planning, market intelligence, and deal execution to identify inorganic growth opportunities and manage performance analytics across the region. You will lead cross-functional activities, build and evaluate scenarios, and partner with executive leadership to drive value creation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, or engineering.
• 7+ years in strategy, BI, corporate development, or infra investments.
• Direct experience in bulk liquid storage or terminal infra preferred.
• Proven ability to lead financial modeling, market analysis, and due diligence.

Responsibilities

• Develop long-term growth strategy for USA & Canada BU.
• Lead market intelligence, deal sourcing, and target pipeline.
• Build asset-level financial models and business cases.
• Drive due diligence and post-merger integration planning.
