Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or Business is required.
• MBA, CPA, CFA, or similar advanced credential is preferred.
• 5-10+ years of progressive relevant experience in Corporate Development, Investment Banking, Transaction Advisory, or Private Equity environments.
• Experience leading due diligence workstreams and participation in multiple transactions.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage M&A activities including acquisitions, partnerships, joint ventures, and divestitures.
• Develop financial models, valuations, investment cases, and transaction recommendations.
• Coordinate due diligence, identify risks and synergies, and support integration planning.
• Manage transaction execution, including timelines, stakeholders, negotiations, and decision-making processes.
• Maintain acquisition pipelines and conduct market, competitor, and target analyses.
• Prepare materials for executive leadership and the Board.
