Job summary

Koninklijke Vopak N.V. is seeking a Sr. Financial Analyst to support monthly close, reporting, forecasting, and analysis.

The role includes statutory reporting duties for audits and tax, collaboration with accounting and operations, and involvement in governance and process improvements within a hybrid, office-based setting in the United States. Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance (CPA or CFA preferred).
• Minimum of 5 to 7 years’ experience in company finance with accounting, financial reporting/analysis, consolidations reporting, budgeting, payroll, financial compliance, tax accounting, and auditing.
• Knowledge of IFRS and statutory reporting.
• Strong modeling skills (Excel) and ability to plan, organize, and multi-task.
• Experience with Oracle Cloud, Tagetik, and Google Workspace preferred.
• Excellent computer skills including MS Office suite and reporting tools.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to monthly financial closing, reporting, planning, and analysis of business performance.
• Assist in statutory reporting for external and internal audits, and tax reporting.
• Support insurance program management, payroll processing, AR coordination, intercompany invoicing, and governance documentation.
• Support continuous improvement through data, technology, and automation initiatives.
• Assist with internal and external audits and control self-assessment programs.
