Job summary

Oliver Wyman seeks a Senior Manager, Growth and Strategic Initiatives to partner with the Chief Growth Officer and senior leaders in guiding the IAM & OWA growth agenda. You will translate strategic priorities into actionable programs across acquisitions, integration, and cross-functional initiatives that impact the business at a global scale.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and 7+ years in professional services or strategy.
• 3+ years working with C-suite or senior leaders.
• Experience in M&A, corporate development, diligence, or post-merger integration.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional initiatives from ideation to execution.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate growth initiatives across IAM and OWA with corporate development.
• Lead due diligence and market research for acquisition targets.
• Develop business cases including synergies, risks, and strategic benefits.
• Partner with leaders to execute high-priority strategic projects.
