Reporting to the Chief Strategy & Development Officer, this role spans acquisition screening, due diligence, integration planning, synergy capture, and value realization. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; MBA/CPA/CFA preferred.
• Extensive M&A and due diligence experience.
• Strong financial modeling, valuation, and integration capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support M&A activities including acquisitions, partnerships, JVs, and divestitures.
• Develop financial models, valuations, investment cases, and transaction recommendations.
• Coordinate due diligence, identify risks and synergies, support integration planning.
• Manage transaction execution, timelines, negotiations, and decision processes.
• Maintain acquisition pipelines and conduct market analyses.
• Prepare materials for executive leadership and the Board.
• Lead integration planning from signing through post-close.
• Develop integration roadmaps, KPIs, governance, and value-capture plans.
• Partner with executives to ensure operational continuity and change management.
• Track synergy realization and mitigate risks to objectives.
