Job summary

Purpose Brands, LLC in Boca Raton seeks a Senior Manager of Strategy and Corporate Development to partner with the executive team on enterprise-wide strategic initiatives as the company scales toward $4B in revenue.

You will lead strategic planning, M&A assessments, and growth initiatives, work cross-functionally across finance, legal, marketing, and operations, and prepare materials for board meetings. This role reports to the VP of Strategy and drives data-driven decisions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, finance, economics, or a related field.
• 4+ years of experience in top-tier management consulting, corporate strategy, or investment banking/private equity.
• Proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel; experience building Excel models and performing structured analyses.
• Experience developing and executing long-term corporate strategies in a high-growth environment.

Responsibilities

• Support strategic initiatives / special projects aligned with financial and operational goals.
• Collaborate with finance, legal, marketing, and operations to ensure successful execution.
• Establish frameworks, timelines, and metrics to evaluate initiative success.
• Present strategic recommendations and deal proposals to the board and executive leadership.
• Synthesize information from multiple sources to provide data-driven insights.
