Job summary

Authority Brands Inc. seeks a Senior Manager, Strategic Finance to partner with the executive team on initiatives that drive enterprise value across the portfolio. You will lead strategic projects, long-range planning, investor reporting, and lender covenant compliance. The role also steers M&A diligence, modeling, and post-close integration.

You will collaborate with legal, accounting, and operations to translate complex financial data into clear executive insights for boards and sponsors.

Qualifications

• 9+ years of progressive finance experience in a multi-unit environment.
• Background in strategic finance, investment banking, M&A consulting or due diligence.
• Strong financial modeling and analytical skills, with proficiency in Excel.
• Ability to translate financial complexity into clear, actionable communication for non-finance audiences.

Responsibilities

• Identify, evaluate, and execute strategic initiatives that drive enterprise value.
• Lead cross-functional teams to analyze performance, evaluate opportunities, and enhance profitability.
• Support the executive team in long-term strategic planning.
• Own and manage investor reporting packages and board materials.
• Lead or support due diligence, modeling, and valuation for M&A transactions.
