Job summary

El Camino Health is seeking a Senior Director Strategy to lead strategic planning, analytics and performance improvement. As a key advisor to the CEO, you will collaborate with the executive team to turn strategic goals into actionable plans and measurable outcomes.

You will work with service lines, finance and operations to drive growth and profitability, develop dashboards and scorecards, and guide organization-wide initiatives aligned with our mission and culture.

Qualifications

• MBA, MPH, MHA or other advanced degree in healthcare, operations, finance, or management-related field.

Responsibilities

• Develop strategic plans in partnership with ECH leaders and support implementation of programs and initiatives.
• Oversee analytics for strategic planning and strategy deployment to measure success.
• Lead the development and use of tools to facilitate strategy development, budgeting, measurement and assessment.
