Job summary

MacDermid Enthone Industrial Solutions, a global leader in coatings chemistries, seeks a Business Development Manager to identify and launch new markets and segments. You will shape the company’s future through innovative go-to-market strategies and strategic partnerships.

You will lead cross-functional teams across product, marketing, sales and operations, validate opportunities via VOC and market research, and manage Global Strategic Accounts with significant travel.

Responsibilities

• Conduct in-depth market research to identify emerging trends and opportunities.
• Identify high-potential opportunities aligned with company capabilities.
• Validate opportunities through customer interviews and VOC.
• Lead cross-functional teams to launch new offerings (product, marketing, sales, operations).
• Coordinate with internal teams for resource allocation and go-to-market execution.
• Present findings to senior leadership and influence decisions.
• Manage Global Strategic Accounts and coordinate with HQ.
