Job summary

MacDermid Alpha Electronics Solutions, part of Element Solutions Inc., seeks a highly motivated Business Development Manager to accelerate growth across Industrial, Medical, Consumer Electronics and White Goods markets in the Americas and Europe.

You will lead strategic growth initiatives, manage a robust pipeline, and collaborate with regional sales teams to convert opportunities into revenue while influencing material specifications and securing AVL approvals for future programs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Materials Science, Electronics, Chemistry, Business or related discipline.
• Advanced technical or business degree is considered an advantage.
• Minimum 10 years of professional experience in related industries.
• At least 3 years in Business Development, Product Management, Strategic Marketing, or Commercial Leadership roles.
• Minimum 7 years of technical, engineering, application development, or industry experience.
• Proven success delivering growth within Industrial, Medical, Consumer Electronics, White Goods, Advanced Materials, Electronics, or related industries.
• Demonstrated ability to influence customer specifications and drive commercialization of new technologies.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the Specialty Products growth strategy across targeted markets and customers.
• Create and manage a robust pipeline of qualified opportunities aligned with strategic growth objectives.
• Identify and pursue new applications, markets, and customers that leverage the F&SSS portfolio.
• Drive specification activities at OEMs and key influencers to create pull-through demand.
• Establish and strengthen relationships with engineering, product management, purchasing, and executive leadership teams.
