Honeywell Aerospace seeks a Senior Director, Strategy & Growth to drive growth across defense, commercial aerospace, and international markets. The role requires building strategic plans, expanding customer relationships, and guiding market development initiatives with a long‑term growth mindset.

The position is hybrid with at least three days in the office and may be located in multiple hubs including Minneapolis, MN.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business or Engineering.
• 12+ years of leadership experience in strategy, business development, product management, engineering or growth leadership.
• 7+ years of leading cross‑functional global teams.
• Experience developing and executing enterprise growth strategies.
• Experience supporting both U.S. Government and commercial customers.
• Must have the ability to obtain and maintain TS/SCI clearance.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute EDS’s global growth strategy across defense, commercial aerospace, and international markets.
• Lead enterprise capture strategy for major domestic and international pursuits.
• Develop customer-specific value propositions and align solutions with demand.
• Lead cross-functional pursuit teams from opportunity identification to contract award.
• Support international licensing, export controls, and global partnerships.
