Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business or Engineering.
• 12+ years of leadership experience in strategy, business development, product management, engineering or growth leadership.
• 7+ years of leading cross‑functional global teams.
• Experience developing and executing enterprise growth strategies.
• Experience supporting both U.S. Government and commercial customers.
• Must have the ability to obtain and maintain TS/SCI clearance.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the enterprise growth strategy across the global defense, commercial aerospace, and international markets.
• Lead market development initiatives that accelerate sustainable revenue growth.
• Lead cross‑functional pursuit teams from opportunity identification through contract award.
• Build executive‑level relationships with DoD, allied governments, prime contractors, and strategic commercial customers.
