Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
• Proven track record leading large, multi-stakeholder sales pursuits and enterprise partnerships.
• Deep understanding of facilities management services and integrated solutions.
• Experience in matrixed organizations and complex negotiations.

Responsibilities

• Drive growth across the Facilities Management portfolio with data-driven performance management and coaching.
• Lead a high-performing growth organization to originate opportunities and deliver tailored solutions.
• Build cross-functional alignment with operations, marketing, HR, legal, and finance for seamless execution.
• Develop senior-level relationships with decision-makers to position Aramark as a strategic partner.
• Lead proposal strategy, RFP development, and negotiations for high-value, multi-year contracts.
• Grow existing accounts and expand enterprise partnerships through scalable growth engines.
