Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
• 10+ years of professional experience in marketing, brand management or program development with a demonstrated record of success
• Experience in hospitality, culinary or restaurant industries
• Skilled in creating adult education and training materials
• Strong project management and cross-functional leadership skills

Responsibilities

• Strategic Leadership: Develop and present compelling business cases backed by data-driven insights and clearly defined KPIs to support high impact initiatives.
• Program Development: Lead end-to-end program development through a systematic process, managing critical workstreams and presenting updates to key stakeholders.
• Field Enablement: Design and deliver training materials that empower field teams to activate scalable solutions effectively.
• Project Ownership: Drive cross-functional collaboration and manage timelines, budgets and resources for launches and ongoing improvements.
• Innovation & Optimization: Lead annual reviews of strategies to enhance guest experience and profitability, including tech, menu, branding, and operations.
• Performance Measurement: Establish KPIs, manage budgets, and analyze results with cross-functional partners to refine strategies.
