Qualifications

• 15+ years of B2B sales, business development, or strategic account management in outsourced services.
• 5+ years in a senior leadership role with multi-year, enterprise deals.
• MBA or advanced degree preferred; proven revenue growth across complex engagements.

Responsibilities

• Drive growth strategy and go-to-market initiatives for the Facilities Management portfolio.
• Lead and develop a high-performing sales and BD organization; manage large complex deals.
• Navigate RFPs and procurement, align cross-functional teams, and engage C-suite stakeholders.
• Build strategic client partnerships, expand existing accounts, and forecast performance.
• Collaborate with operations, marketing, HR, legal, and finance to ensure alignment.
